20 Years of Experience

Captain Josh Myers grew up fishing Lake erie and around northeast Ohio with his Dad and Grandpa since he could walk. In that time, he has gained a vast amount of experience and knowledge to make your Lake Erie Walleye trip fun and successful. He is also a full time state certified firefighter and paramedic, licensed USCG captain and trained in CPR, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and swift water rescue operations so rest assured your safety is in good hands out on the water.

Captain Josh caters to taking kids and veterans fishing and is an active participant in the walleye for wounded hero’s even each year. This event takes purple heart recipients as well as disabled first responders on the water for a memorable walleye trip that truly heals the soul of the trauma they’ve endured. When Captain Josh is not running charters, he is fun fishing with his 2 sons; they have both grown up on the water since age 3, so rest assured  it will be a fun and enjoyable trip for your children - plenty of snacks and toys!
